É responsável por jogos como Druid: Yami-He no Tsuiseki Sha, Chronicles of the Sword e Perfect Assassin.
Foi fechada em 2012 após o falecimento do seu fundador Kevin Bulmer, Kate fundaria posteriormente a Copestake Ltd.
